Returns

We want you to keep what you buy for a long time. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

The basics

• You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.
• It must be new and unused, in its original packaging, with everything that came with it (sheath, box, papers).
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except in the cases below.

Blades and edged tools

Knives, axes and other edged tools must also be unsharpened. A blade that has been used or sharpened can't be sold as new, so we can't accept it back.

Defects and exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right and pay shipping both ways. Exchanges also get free return shipping. Email us with your order number and a photo.

Special-order items

Some items ship directly from the maker. We'll confirm return terms for those items when you order.

How to start a return

Email jon@fencerowsupplyco.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days of the item reaching us.
