Why it made the list
Roselli sharpen their knives with a diamond plate, so I wanted one on the list next to the knives. I haven't put these to a blade myself yet. It's a plain diamond plate, medium on one side and fine on the other, and I carry it three ways so you can pick how you'd pack it. This one comes in a leather sheath with a clip, to hang on a pack.
