Why it made the list
Roselli sharpen their knives with a diamond plate, so I wanted one on the list next to the knives. I haven't put these to a blade myself yet. It's a plain diamond plate, medium on one side and fine on the other, and I carry it three ways so you can pick how you'd pack it. This is the bare plate. It fits in a pocket.

A small two-sided diamond plate that lives in your pocket or pack. Medium (600) on one side, fine (1200) on the other, with rounded edges and a hole for a lanyard or cord.
Good for scissors too.
