I own a Mora Companion, and it's a big part of why I trust the name. I haven't put the Hunting knives to work yet, but I've had them in my hand. The handles are big, textured and comfortable, with a big finger groove that keeps your hand back from the blade. The Narrow Boning is the slim one, with a flexible blade.

Looking after it

From Morakniv: rinse the blade in warm water after use and dry it right away. Don't let it air dry and never put it in the dishwasher. Store it in its sheath. A few strokes on a honing steel keeps it sharp between sharpenings.
